On top of those boards we put down a reinforced base coat with an embedded fibreglass mesh, which creates a tough surface that won’t crack, and then we finish the whole elevation in a through coloured silicone render. Silicone render is breathable, self cleaning and built to last, so the finish keeps looking great and stands up to whatever the weather throws at it for years to come.
